This incident resulted in the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

Two more people have been arrested related to a theft at London's Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals were injured by what is thought to be pepper spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A man, 24, was taken into custody in the Lambeth area for suspected robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. Both individuals are still being held, authorities confirmed.

These detentions come after a probe into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the attack, two women had stolen from them their luggage after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A three-year-old girl was among the those hurt in the event. Five people were taken to the hospital for treatment and were later released.

Officers detained a 31-year-old man for suspected robbery and assault close to the scene. He has since been released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.

Authorities were called at about 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding several individuals injured by an irritating chemical thought to be an irritant spray.

The assault - which authorities stated was isolated and not considered an act of terror - caused delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park for a short time.
