The Popular Show Campaign 4 Introduces the Soldiers Party

Since the launch of Campaign 4, fresh DM Brennan Lee Mulligan has kept viewers on edge with deep backstory, a colorful mix of personalities, and a gripping narrative showcasing angels, demons, and malevolent powers increasing in power within the city.

Note: Revealing details for the latest installment of this adventure are included.

The Warrior Group Introduced

The latest chapter ended with a dramatic pause and revealed the initial group of heroes who will separate from the central cast to begin their own adventure, separate from the remaining groups.

This warrior group includes Teor (played by the voice actor), the agile character (Laura), Tyranny (Whitney Moore), Wicander (Sam), and Kattigan (Robbie Daymond).

The Reason for Division

Considering 13 cast members, it was evident from the outset that maintaining everyone at the same party would be unfeasible.

Hence, the first four episodes of the new season serve as an Introduction, connecting the personal journeys before splitting into three separate parties: Soldiers, Planners, and Explorers.

Characteristics of the Soldiers Table

Per Brennan Lee Mulligan, the Soldiers table is for adventurers who are drawn to a traditionally charged battle-oriented gameplay experience where non-violent answers are scarce.

Initially, characters like the reluctant priest Wicander might look unsuited, but the actions of the latest installment make it clear why these five characters are perfectly fit for the Soldiers table.

Motivations for Departure

For one thing, the group knows exactly where to go next after a brutal initial meeting with the antagonists.

Casimir of the deceased character—whose demise initiated the story’s plot—manipulated the enemy for his own means, invading the secret base, assaulting the rogue, and swiping all the enchanted items to auction.

The antagonist then settled his obligations and ran away to a secure base in Gormalay, Timmony, north of the urban center, with Cyd Pridesire close behind.

Personal Motivations

Additionally, each character has a specific drive to leave the city the metropolitan area:

  • The rogue, as the companion and trusted friend, seeks vengeance.
  • The knowledgeable figure has experience in the northern area and warns that it is a dangerous environment.
  • The strong character and Wicander, having resisted his family’s wishes to eliminate the fighter and instead rescued him, have nowhere else to go.
  • But, their status as prominent individuals in the influential clan could help the group reach locations they normally couldn’t.
  • Moreover, The fighter pledged a unbreakable promise to The cleric for his deliverance and will now accompany him wherever.

Wanted and Hunted

In addition, all of them are wanted by the rulers that control Dol-Makjar for a range of causes, making lingering locally no longer safe:

  • The rogue and The hero are recognized lawbreakers.
  • The strong figure and The cleric turned against the powerful family and the horde of evil beings they are allied with.
  • Teor is marked for death by House Halovar.

This leaves them little choice but to journey toward the northern region in quest for the traitor.

What’s Next?

From episode three’s follow-up content, we discover that the Soldiers table won’t be around the following episode, leaving the rest of the participants to round up the Questers and Strategists parties.

Audiences can expect learning which characters will be where in the story’s last Overture episode, available to watch on next week.
